iCare Solutions, LLC, improves the lives of grieving individuals, broken, outcasts, and disenfranchised of society through offering services, workshops, and events designed to bring wholeness and healing. We use a holistic approach to minister to the spirit, soul, and body of each person we are privileged to serve.

Our mission is being a well in the desert, a light in the darkness, and hope to the hopeless. iCare Solutions, LLC is committed to serving our community to effect positive change in the world at large ultimately.

The Visionary

The personal journey and ministry experience of Carol J. Williams has more than prepared her to organize, operate and spearhead her new community-based organization iCare Solutions, formed to improve the lives of the broken, outcasts, and disenfranchised.

She's an RN, Author, Speaker, Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, Certified by The Grief Recovery Method Institute, Ordained Elder, and radio talk show host. She's had the opportunity to serve as the Director of Education for the HIV AIDS Awareness Program and Founder/ President of Jewels Causing Change for Christ Women's Ministry.

As an ordained Elder, speaker, and willing to serve God, the Lord has allowed her to share the message of hope here in the U.S. and as far as Uganda. She believes that the Lord and lives truly order her steps by the motto, "If I can help one person along the way, then my living is not in vain."

She's determined and dedicated to showing forth the love and compassion of God to everyone she encounters.
