iCare Solutions, LLC is a faith-based organization committed to improving the lives of those who are grieving by providing compassionate services, workshops, and events designed to bring wholeness and healing.

We take a holistic approach, ministering to the spirit, soul, and body of every individual we are privileged to serve.

Our mission is to be a well in the desert, a light in the darkness, and hope to the hopeless. iCare Solutions, LLC is dedicated to serving our community and creating positive, lasting change that extends beyond local borders and impacts the world at large.

The Visionary

The personal journey and ministry experience of Carol J. Williams have uniquely prepared her to establish and lead this community-based organization. Through iCare Solutions, she seeks to uplift, restore, and transform the lives of those who are grieving.

Carol is a Registered Nurse, Author, Speaker, Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist (certified by The Grief Recovery Method Institute), Ordained Elder, and former radio talk show host. She has also served as the Director of Education for the HIV/AIDS Awareness Program.

As an ordained Elder and devoted servant of God, Carol has been blessed to share messages of hope and healing throughout the United States and abroad, including Uganda. She lives by the guiding motto: “If I can help one person along the way, then my living is not in vain.”

Driven by faith, compassion, and purpose, Carol remains committed to demonstrating the love of God in all she does and touching every life she encounters.
